01 What supply chain systems do you integrate with?
On the planning side: SAP SCM, Oracle SCM Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics Supply Chain Management, Blue Yonder, and Kinaxis. On execution: major TMS platforms including MercuryGate and Oracle TMS, and WMS platforms including Manhattan Associates and Infor WMS. We connect to major freight forwarder portals and carrier tracking APIs via REST or EDI. Most integrations use REST APIs, SOAP, or AS2 EDI depending on the system.

We work with your customs broker and legal team during the design phase to map the documentation and classification requirements for each origin-destination country pair. The automation assembles customs documents to the defined standard and format for each destination. HS code classification recommendations are reviewed by your team or broker before submission to the relevant customs authority. We remove the manual document assembly work; your licensed broker retains the compliance decision.
03 Can you automate supplier onboarding and KYB processes?
Yes. Supplier onboarding workflows can cover the full sequence: document collection requests, tax certificate verification against public registries, bank detail validation, sanctions screening against OFAC and other consolidated lists, insurance certificate tracking, and multi-step approval routing. The workflow runs from the initial supplier application through to approved supplier record with defined human review checkpoints for judgment-sensitive steps such as compliance exceptions or risk escalations.
04 How do you handle disruptions like port congestion or carrier capacity changes?
When disruption alerts arrive from carrier feeds, logistics intelligence platforms, or freight forwarder notifications, the automation updates affected shipment ETAs automatically and notifies relevant stakeholders without manual intervention. For exceptions that exceed defined tolerance windows, alternative routing options are surfaced in the exception queue with the relevant cost and lead time data pre-populated. The automation manages the data and the notification; your operations team makes the routing decision.
05 What trade compliance regulations do you support?
We have built compliance automation for US EAR and ITAR export controls, EU dual-use regulation classification, South African SARS customs documentation requirements, and sanctions screening against OFAC, UN consolidated list, and EU consolidated list as a baseline. Yes. Perishable supply chains require tighter exception thresholds, faster escalation paths, and integration with temperature monitoring data. We configure the automation with your specific timing requirements for each leg, your escalation contacts at each node, and your tolerance windows for temperature and delay events. Cold chain provider APIs and temperature logger data can be integrated into the shipment tracking layer to trigger alerts before a breach occurs rather than after.
